1.Can I Customize Products?
Yes, We do both ODM & OEM. We can offer free designing service according to your reference product picture, drawing, or words description. According to your requirements, product size, shape, logo, color and material, all can be customized.

2.When Can I Get The Quotation?
When all details like models #, Qty., and any other customized information to be /confirm/ied, we will check the cost within 24 hours and give you feedback. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, Pls call us or tell us the situation in mail, or send us instant message, so that we could give you quotation in the first time.

3.What Is The Sample Time & Production Time?
Sample Time is 3-10 days, depends on the sample material, artwork, and sample complexity.
Production Time is 7-25 days basing on MOQ 500pcs and a normal complexity product. (not including Chinese Official holidays.).

4.What Is Your Shipping Methods?
1).By express courier if order is small (like Fedex, DHL, UPS, aramex, EMS); this method is door-to-door way, freight is high, but time cost less. Generally, takes 3-7 days (except for EMS, EMS normally would take around 10days, even longer, but sometimes EMS could be cheaper than others couriers.)
2).By airline, goods to be delivered to an international airport near customer, customer will need to clear the customs and pick up the goods). Generally airline freight could be cheaper some than express, would takes 2-7 days to arrive. It suits for some urgent and relatively bigger cargo.
3).By sea, the cheapest and longest way, normally speaking. Cargo would arrive to any sea port near customer, customer will need to clear customs and pick up goods.

5. What Is Your Price Terms?
We accept EXW., FOB, CFR, CIF gennerally. You can choose the way which is the most convenient and the most cost effective to you. The basic terms we do is FOB, as this is the most usual way we choose here.
